About Me

My name is David C. Maguire, and I have proudly served as a Nebraska Notary Public since 2010. Over the years, I have developed extensive experience assisting individuals with a wide variety of personal, legal, medical, and other important documents requiring notarization.

For more than a decade, I provided notary services while serving as Director of Administrative Services within a retirement community that included Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Care residents. During that time, I regularly assisted residents, families, healthcare professionals, and members of the public with sensitive and important documentation. This experience allowed me to develop a strong understanding of professionalism, confidentiality, patience, and compassionate customer service.

After many years of utilizing my commission on a part-time basis, I decided to expand my services and establish Omaha Professional Mobile Notary, LLC. My goal is simple — to provide a dependable, convenient, and professional mobile service that clients can rely on during important moments in their lives.

I understand that many individuals face challenges such as busy schedules, limited mobility, transportation issues, healthcare circumstances, or urgent deadlines. That is why I offer fully mobile services throughout the Omaha metro area. I travel directly to homes, offices, hospitals, retirement communities, care facilities, correctional facilities, and other agreed-upon locations to make the notarization process simple, accessible, and stress-free.
