Hospital & Care Facility Notary in Omaha
When someone you love is in the hospital, a nursing home or assisted living, getting important papers signed shouldn't mean another trip for them. I come to the bedside anywhere in the Omaha metro, 7 days a week.
Where I come to you

- Rehabilitation centers
Documents I commonly notarize
- Healthcare power of attorney
- Financial (durable) power of attorney

- Wills and trusts
- Affidavits
- Real estate and loan documents
How it works
- Call or text 402-719-5126. Tell me the facility, room number, which documents need notarizing and who's signing.
- Have the documents ready, but don't sign them yet. They have to be signed in front of me.
- Make sure the signer has a current photo ID, such as a driver's license, state ID or passport.
- I meet you at the bedside, check ID, watch the signing and complete the notarization.
Before I arrive: quick checklist
- The signer is awake, alert and understands what they're signing. A notary can't notarize for someone who can't. If it's a hard day, we'll simply reschedule.
- Their ID is valid and not expired. IDs often go missing or expire during long stays. Check now. No ID? Call me first.
- Witnesses. Some documents need witnesses as well as a notary. Check your document or ask your attorney. Facility staff often aren't allowed to serve as witnesses.
- All pages are there, unsigned, with blanks filled in.
- Check the facility's visiting hours and any visitor rules.
I'm a notary, not an attorney, so I can't prepare documents or advise which ones you need.
Areas I serve
Omaha, Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Ralston, Gretna and Bennington, and throughout Douglas and Sarpy counties.
